Jesus Is My Joy

This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

Nehemiah 8:10b

Jesus is your joy! It is not dependent on circumstance, people, or experiences but solely on the blood of Jesus at the cross and His resurrection power! It is through this gift that you have experienced complete freedom! You no longer have to live in your sin but can rejoice that you have been made alive in Christ and are FORGIVEN OF ALL SINS past, present, and future (Colossians 2:13)!

If you are going through a difficult season, remember that God is the source of your strength today! Don’t lean on your own understanding, allow your negative emotions to control you or take root in your heart. Trust in the guidance, sovereignty, and peace of Jesus that surpassess all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

You will overcome every obstacle you face when the Lord’s hand is upon your life. He has graced you for such a time as this. Take heart, be patient, and trust that you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living (Psalms 27:13-14)!
