How To Process Difficult Emotions With God

How To Process Difficult Emotions With God

I know that life has been hard for you lately. You have been going through so many difficult moments of frustration, humiliation, disappointment, rejection, bitterness, unbelief, and lack of trust in God.

It’s okay to be angry with God when life throws unexpected outcomes at you. He wants you to scream, cry, or explode in His presence. It’s a safe place to become undone. You have permission to be a child and throw a tantrum in the Presence of God. He is waiting for you to truly express how you feel in this season of trials and unfortunate experiences.

There’s no shame or condemnation.

It’s okay to admit that you have asked yourself these questions:

  • Where is God?🫥
  • What is He doing?🤔
  • Why doesn’t He take me out of this circumstance?😭
  • Is God even good?😔

I want you to know that in moments when you feel cold towards Him…

God is not shaking His head at you in disappointment.

He is looking at you with eyes of compassion, godly grief, love, mercy, kindness, and grace.

He is with you in the pain and the sorrow. He desires to draw near during these moments.

I want you to know that despite where you may be in this season—there is still hope!

God will take care of you beloved.

You don’t need to worry.

He will be your:

👉🏽Defender & Protector

👉🏽Savior & High Priest

👉🏽Healer & Restorer

👉🏽Provider & Sustainer

👉🏽Father & Friend

He will keep you safe under the shadow of His wing and never let you go🪽

This week I invite you to let God into the deepest and most painful parts of your heart💔

I would love to walk you through these moments and teach you how to lean on God’s grace in the midst of the pain to find healing and encounter His love.
