Become the Woman Who Can Carry the Calling
Christian Formation & Leadership Coaching for Women Who Are Called to Build
You know there is something God has placed inside of you.
A ministry.
A movement.
A message.
A community.
A vision for your family and future generations.
But building something for God requires more than a good idea, a strong work ethic or a platform.
It requires formation.
God often develops the builder before He reveals the building.
David was anointed king long before he sat on the throne. In the shepherd field, God was forming his character, strengthening his faith, teaching him courage, and preparing him to carry authority.
This is the heart of this coaching community.
We help women move from calling to capacity—developing the spiritual maturity, wisdom, courage and character needed to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them.
Our Mission
Equipping women to become spiritually mature kingdom builders—rooted in love, strengthened by power, grounded in wisdom, courageous in obedience, and faithful in stewarding the calling God has entrusted to them.

5 Qualities of a Kingdom Builder
-
Rooted in love
We build from our identity in God’s love—not from insecurity, striving, or the need to prove ourselves.
-
Strengthened by power
We learn to depend on the Holy Spirit rather than relying solely on our own strength.
-
Grounded in wisdom
We develop discernment, sound judgment, biblical understanding, and the ability to recognize deception.
-
Courageous in obedience
We learn to respond to God’s invitation even when obedience requires faith, sacrifice, patience, or courage.
-
Faithful in stewardship
We learn to faithfully care for what God entrusts to us and multiply it for His Kingdom.
